Grilled Pork Chops Tips



  1. Padded dry
  2. Cut slit on the edge to avoid curing up when cooking
  3. Seasoning:  Salt, Pepper and Rosemary
  4. Preheat cast iron pan without oil over low heat until light smoke appear.
  5. A well seasoned cast iron pan does not need oil.
  6. Put  pork chop into cast iron pan and Grill the chops on medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side for PINK.
  7. Turn each chop 45 degrees after 2 minutes to mark.
  8. Grill the chops on medium high heat for 6 minutes on each side for MEDIUM.
  9. Turn each chop 45 degrees after 2 minutes to mark.
